Rendlesham Serviced Apartments History

Rendlesham Group was established in 1993 and provides quality rental and holiday accommodation in Surrey, Suffolk and Cornwall. Knowing that there was a local requirement for short term serviced apartments, we waited for the right location until in 2003 we purchased The Old Coalyard, a development of eleven apartments with a serviced apartment project in mind.

Uniquely designed by the developer, the internal features are stylish and modern, whilst externally in keeping with the Victorian feel of the road, with their sash windows and turret. Originally a popular coalyard, it held fond memories for many of the local residents, some who had lived there since pre-war days - so we felt it was traditionally important that its original name lived on!
